Join Our Team at Perth Hills Allied Health – Seeking A Part Time, Passionate Speech Pathologist

Are you an experienced or early-career Speech Pathologist eager to make a meaningful impact? If so, then this opportunity is for you! We are seeking a Speech Pathologist who can work at least three days a week, balancing both clinic-based and community-based therapy.

Why Work with Us?

1. Supportive and Collaborative Team
We are not only a team of skilled professionals but also a group that values connection and collaboration. As a result, we foster an environment where every clinician feels supported.

2. Work-Life Balance
Choose either full-time or part-time options. A part-time role requires at least three days per week, with school hours available. Additionally, enjoy four weeks of paid annual leave and flexible hours during school holidays, with the option to take unpaid leave during these periods.

3. Professional Growth and Support
We provide comprehensive supervision, mentoring, and training to both early-career and experienced Speech Pathologists. Moreover, you will have opportunities to develop expertise in parent coaching, workshops, and online training.

4. Resources to Help You Succeed
Our clinic is equipped with standardised assessments, engaging therapy resources, and cutting-edge tools. Furthermore, you will receive a laptop and iPad, alongside dedicated admin time for session preparation, follow-ups, and reporting.

5. Diverse Service Delivery
You will work not only in our modern, well-equipped clinic but also in schools, homes, and community settings. Consequently, you will gain experience across a variety of settings to enhance your clinical skills.

6. Continuous Learning Opportunities
Equally important, we support ongoing professional development. For instance, our team participates in monthly clinical forums through the Private Speech Pathologists’ Association of WA (PSPAWA) and attends professional development events.
